The average size for a male is about 5.2 m (17 ft) and 450 kg (992.08 lbs). However, there have been unconfirmed reports of a crocodile in India reaching 7 m (23 ft) long with an estimated weight of 2,000 kg (4,409.25 lbs). The largest confirmed crocodile however, was a crocodile named Lolong which was estimated to be 50 years old, measured 6.17 m (20.24 ft), and weighed 1,075 kg (2.370 lbs).
